With this electrical upgrade kit, you can convert your manual EVO winch into an electric winch. The kit contains everything you need to upgrade your winch.

The E version includes a motor gear unit, the Power Drive Unit, the fuse and the deck switch, as well as a standard relay that controls the winch.

The ELS version, on the other hand, comes with the ELS control box, which briefly switches off the winch when the working load is reached and releases it again after a few seconds. This prevents overload and protects the operator. 

The (more expensive) ELS version offers particular safety when the winch is intended for large genoas or is undersized rather than oversized...and is therefore recommended.

The retrofit / conversion / e-upgrade kit is available as type E and type ELS and consists of the following parts:

Type E:      Power Drive Unit (the connection between the winch and the gearbox/motor), motor gear unit, simple relay, circuit breaker, deck switch.

Type ELS: Power Drive Unit (connection between winch and gearbox/motor), motor gearbox unit, electronic control box, circuit breaker, deck switch
